There’s never a good time for change. But, there’s no time like the present to fend off the baggage that keeps you from aspiring to and reaching new achievements. Life can certainly seem metaphorical, but at its roots the metaphor provides us the new perspective to see the rightness in change.

What the heck is a real estate company doing with these sorts of thoughts plastered on its front page? In our case, we’re leaving behind the bonds of 30-plus years in this wonderful profession and refilling our sails with new wind, new energy, new approaches, and new people to achieve new goals of business excellence and customer satisfaction.

Juneau Real Estate, or JRE, is doing its Phoenix impression and casting off the old and adopting the new. New personnel, new website, new office, and a new commitment to customer service will all be found here. This space on our new web page will be bringing you insights to the Juneau real estate market, with recurring looks at trends in the market and points of interest around town. Come here to find what’s happening with home sales, housing development, commercial real estate developments, financing information, and anything else that our readers may wish to know about.

Our web site is being revamped to bring you the latest tools to help you search the market in the most efficient ways we can devise. In addition to bringing you all the MLS data, we’ll kick up the intensity on highlighting our JRE listings.

JRE is expanding its services. Most will know us for marketing residential, commercial and investment properties; and for our commercial management and facilities services. While we’ve limited our association management functions for the past 10+ years, we’ve developed a new model to bring to community associations a professional management team to address the financial and facility maintenance functions.

Welcome! We hope our current users find this transition smooth and the new design and features even better than before. We appreciate your feedback. Please don’t hesitate to tell us what you like and what else you’d like to see. Here’s wishing everyone a Great 2015
